Instructions

Step 1
Wash your hands and move any sharp objects away from filling area.

Step 2
Using the nozzle on your Helium tank, fill your Cloud Buster Balloon to 5 feet - 7 feet. (1.66 Meters or 2.33 Meters respectively)

Step 3
Twist the neck of the balloon and fold it back on itself making a loop.

Step 4
Zip-tie the balloon neck, tightly.

Step 5
Pull streamer end through loop and tie streamer to itself, tightly.

Now, so can you!
